External i´d say Synthetic skill, i am hitting enemies across the map in resurgence, the bullet drop prediction has been improved a lot.
Internal i can´t say since i was IW user and X22, their aimbot was just crazy perfect, nothing comes close to it.
Being internals and originals, no pasted or resellers, AA and System cheats should be good, i can´t say since SC does not support conmtroller and haven´t tryed AA for warzone in general.

I would suggest proofcore just because the recent changes they made and PO because of the quality, but PO is more well known and it's just about some time that they gonna get detected since activision is gonna focus on them.
