Looks like people still don’t know that they’re targeting ex staff members from many years ago, completely useless towards the current team of EO that took like ik 2019 everything over? lol, can’t dox the current members so let’s annoy people who left like 2016-19 XD

time will tell. i personally do not think Activision **** around, but thats due to my experience as a WoW player. i remember honor buddy being on top of the world and getting absolutely rekt. they approached their legal stuff in a similar fashion I think too, could be wrong it's been a min.

hopefully these guys got some good opsec

say everyone knows you own a provider and you want to be more "anonymous", but you don't want to rebrand since then you will need to rebuild a customer base... one way to do that is to claim you "quit" or "sold the site" but actually you still run it lol and i am pretty sure activision believe that to be the case and tbh is most likely the case.

The previous owner never tried to hide, he also gave it to a friend first, but he had no longer time for it and decided to sell it. This sale has been brought many years before activision even reached him.. When playing OW2 beta, some of the coders invited us to a party, and we played together, they all sounded middle eastern, nowhere near the old staff I talked to in the past on TS. I’ve been using EO since 2015, so I am pretty sure it’s not them faking. I even played recently CS with an old member lol

The guy above me is saying they are targeting old staff members, now how the hell would they know who is old or new staff, EO still there getting detected often but still no issues and no paying any millions

They know because EO also got into a lawsuit back in the Black Ops 3 days which is nearly 10 years ago.

what’s the latest on this? i saw the default judgment against them for 15 million and 300k in legal fees. this doesn’t scream going for old employees, not with the domain judgement too.
