I know a tool exists because I know people who bought hard unlocks when they ended up getting their account back with the mastery camo they purchased. No stats changed at all. I don't know if the tool they got somehow has to do with Xbox and somehow duplicating the necessary stats from one account to another. But it requires an Xbox account. It could be just a mislead but yeah, hard unlocks do exist. But I doubt it’s a tool, it's most likely a glitch done by signing in and out with an account that already has mastery camo. Because I notice most of the time these providers don’t have it for a week or two after release. They probably need a legit account first with it unlocked.
