I think if you haven't got any type of ban yet you are good to go. Same thing happened to me all though i didn't used any permanent or temp spoofer but i manually changed my MAC address and motherboard HWID and i am also fine.
You cant change HDD HWID permanently so you have to use raid-0 for that.
My assumption is that your some of the serial number have changed which was HWID flag. Play for few more days without cheat and check.

I use Engine Owning and recently used Sickk service and made permanent spoof. I was thinking that after the spoof, EO would request me to reset the HWID. But it didn't want to, but nothing went wrong, I'm sure the perm ban was removed because I played 10 matches without cheating and zero problems.If you still continue without any problems and without getting SB, it means your perm ban is gone, don't worry. Sync Top is a good provider.

Some cheats and tools connect to the GPU hwid (they are made to avoid problems with some spoofers).Maybe this is not the case, I say to say

yeah a lot of cheats gather stuff a spoofer wont change, like component names etc instead of serials then make a identifier out of them, since its good enough to identify you and wont break with any spoofer.

i also think EO just gather a lot of different serials etc and then as long as a % match you should be good

Been playing everynight since Friday and 0 SB and account still not banned ****, sync.top are soo SLOW to respond, so I asked them and they said it did not spoof my PC, that's annying I will get ban again etc...

Can't really speak for sync or their product BUT overall if you have been playing fine the last 3 days, you shouldn't have any issues. TPM being disabled is recommended and for unbanning is required for MOST games but COD it isn't, at least not in most cases. I would continue to play and have fun, just be cautious as always. If things aren't broken, don't break it.
