Perma spoofers are just the thing right now. Sickkservices is good. Do one perma spoof and then use whatever cheat you want. May need a single HWID reset that's about it

Sync also works fine (their perma spoofer)

You can also use a temp spoofer from a reputable cheat provider. Usually you can use it with any cheat you want too so doesn't have to be theirs
