Tried ArtificialAiming.. cheat is easy to use and good cheat but even on lowest settings a bit too blatant and obvious for me. Also a few important features missing for me personally like ENEMY ESP DISTANCE etc.

Can anyone recommend something else?

Seems you didnt check the proper guides.

Enemy esp distance can be setup to whatever you want, its in the config

Ab can be setup to look like natural aim, please check the guies of how to use configs

Check mw2 section for ready configs also fw3 guide, its all pinned

Nothing can come closw with customizability of AA
