BOCW Unlock all tool/unlock store items

Are there any hard unlock all tools that still work? I recently tried ring-1 but found out that it doesn't work. Was very upset so I am posting here to see if anyone knows of a tool that is confirmed to work. Additionally, are there any tools that unlock all store items/bundles and things like calling cards, emblems, etc.?

interwebz unlock all is mid it only applies until you get in a game then goes away
