The Admin and Mods are very user unfriendly. Since Monday I want to renew my account and there order page are not working.

Then I open a ticket and they reply that they contact the payment provider and I have to wait. The ticket status is closed. When I reply to this ticket and I want to pay with BTC manually I get no answer because the status of ticket are not changing to open and it’s still closed. Then I have see a report button in the ticket. Ok so I can report this error and they can help me to pay manually direct to there BTC address. After this step I get a warning lol

A user has a problem and instead to help they send a warning. Ok I open a ticket and wrote this
I have open a ticket and since yesterday I want to pay my subscription and then after not getting an answer I using the report button and now I get a warning. That’s very user unfriendly.
And the best is the admin he answering this.
Because you are annoying and impatient….
The report system is for very serious things.
We told you we contacted the person responsible for the crypto payments, and you will get an answer when we will.
I do not want to see another ticket or message from you, keep that in mind before you try anything else.
Is that user friendly?
A friend has the same problem and he get an answer like me and he has insult the admin and get a ban on the website.
An another has using IW and is Perm Banned and he contact the support and get banned from the website. Before he has open a thread in the forum and the forum thread is deleted.
Seems that the admin thinking he is the king. Before I buying the hack I have ask him for external hacks and give him some chest provider names like Mobius, PO, etc. He has making all providers bad and saying that IW was the best hack for Warzone 2.0
Stay away from this user unfriendly admin.
