Locked custom mod on console

Hey just here to see if anyone knows a fix, my friends on PC I'm on Xbox he used unlock tool on my account to unlock some store blueprints , saved them as a custom mod for me but when I try to use them it says locked. Any fixes for this ?

I will just say stay away from using unlockers if you care about your account.

We've used it a few times and my account is still safe, I think the unlocker he uses is safe. My accounts only level 50 anyway so if it does get banned it won't be that bad lol
