I'm about to go to bed for the night, but in most cases yes, but actually no. In the past we made it easier to handle patchguard by making it an easy install/uninstall via installer.
Nowadays 90% of people just have to download the client and click the shield, and it streams patchguard instead until you reboot. The only people that have to use the install method are those getting blue screens, and we try to fix them when we can but very few people want to upload crash dumps.
Patchguard and spoofing have been separated, so you don't have to spoof if you don't want to.
I see your signature lists a lot of stuff you use. Just don't make other cheats become our problem with stuff like weird second bios installs, or leaving a bunch of public cheats on your system unprotected, and you'll be peachy.
