Generally what zebleer posted. Only main difference I can think we'd tell you is not to buy accounts which I think they state in another part of that guide section. That specific link doesn't mention building initial trust, and focuses on recovering it.
We have people who use mainly one account and go heavy in kills at least every few games or just closet cheat every one. They build a ton of trust on and can do so.
Most do the same on 1-2 backup accounts every now and then in case they ever catch a ban/shadow ban. They change ip, and hwid via spoofer profile specific to each account.
It depends on the person, but the careful ones may play legit til rank 100 and then turn on no recoil with nothing else. They play build up a bit over at least 100 hours of gameplay over a few weeks min before taking any risk stat wise.
We get people who a couple might tell us they got their first shadow in 3 years of play.
Ofc some people just whine and demand unlocks cuz they keep getting sb'ed and have no patience. It seems like a lot of work, but but compared to using a bunch of low trust accounts it pays off long term.
