Question about keybinds

Is there a way to have 1 key be on 2 different keybinds on MW2? For example, I want my mouse 4 to be on lethal and swap weapon.

I don't think so because it always replaces it.

But I just noticed this is possible in BF2042 which is funny because you can melee and interact with stuff in the same keyboard

Ah, unfortunate, I wanna try to do a silent shot easier in MW2 and having Throwing Knife and Swap Weapon on the same keybind would make it so easy.
