Are legit players experiencing shadowbans?

Greetings everyone.

Yesterday a buddy of mine bought a new PC and we were putting everything his PC stuff together, after we finished we decided to download and test Warzone 2. He's a really good player, never cheated. He used to play on a console (I believe it was Xbox one and series S). We launched WZ and played a couple of matches and after like the third game, he got disconnected from the server, when we made an appeal on Activision's site his account was under review. He got shadow-banned even though he never cheated, I saw with my own eye him playing, he's really good and had constant 10+ kills each game.

I cheat, and I've noticed an increase in shadow bans recently, it's got to the point where I don't even last a game on a brand new account, I don't even get to reach 10 kills, and boom, disconnected.

I tried with everything, ESP, Aimbot = SB.
ESP only = SB.
Aimbot only = SB.
Changed HWID/IP and reinstalled the game + cleaned trace files every time I got banned.

Has anyone experienced **** like this? At this point, they SB anyone who is good or gets reported a bunch of times. Is the new AC system ******?

The game sits currently at mostly negative reviews on Steam, I'm sure it's most of the people complaining about game crashes, bugs, and stability issues, but there are players who complain about disconnects due to the number of kills. It's becoming annoying honestly that my team has to constantly play with me in SB lobbies with high and unstable ping. What the hell is going on?

Since somes days, Ricochet is shadow banning everyone, if spectator report you u will just get sb. Stupid system af. Just wait an update of their fcking AC ^^

my entire friend group is legit besides me and im the last one standing without a shadowban. one of my friends even got a perm ban.

im tempted to stop playing for a while

You need to grind multiplayer for a for weeks first on new accounts, you still may get a shadow ban, but this started in warzone 1, I grinded muilt player for 2 weeks just leveling up guns. Went into br with esp and won my first game
With 20 kills no shadow ban, I have up to 50 wins now no shadow ban since launch, I use po and möbius depends which one I want

Another solution that won't cost many is to play the game without getting a lot kills keep dying over and

I wouldn't mind doing this if this dogshit game didn't cost a whopping 70$, I don't wanna pay that much money only for my account to get SB and God forbid, perm banned after a few games. This happened to me more times than I like to admit in the previous COD titles.

I agree the game is pretty trash at the moment, but both providers (PO and Mobius) cost less than 40 monthly, which is reasonable if you ask me, yes there are plenty of cheaper providers out there however, they're either rage providers with plenty of dangerous features or mass seller providers that do not focus on security. I've used PO in the past with WZ1 and it was amazing.

Yeah but is there no one that knows what level you need to reach before you can start to actually try??? level 10? 20? what is it, im getting under 10 kills every game on purpose until my account becomes aged but idk what level!!!
