Shadow Ban MW2

how do i know if im shadow banned on mw2 it seems the matchmaking ping will only show up to 90 but sometimes i get that even before i was cheating?

Not sure about multiplayer mw2, but in warzone 2, If you shadow ban, the ping go up to 200 ms and never be able to find a match
Trust me, I am shadow ban myself coming from wz1 and carry over to wz2 and have to use spoofer to play

idk if i am cause i can find a multiplayer or dmz match find but in warzone 2 im stuck at 90ms

If you get 200ms you are shadow banned. Let the account inactive for 15 days and try again

You go to this page -

and login using your ACTIVISION - not battlenet or Steam - details.

Then it if says "Under Review: Modern Warfare 2" you are shadowbanned.
