Any Internal Chair for MW2/WZ2

I currently use interwebz but would like a change.
I am aware that Mobius and PO are probably currently the best options but i'd like an internal cheat.

I don't know if Kernaim is Int. or Ext. but I generally don't like their ESP to be honest.

Does anyone know a good Internal Provider with good security?

Kernaim is external as well, from Internal cheats I am not sure if there is any other than GCAIMX and Demonic.

Yea first of all FPS and it's just smoother. I've had really bad experience with externals in games like PUBG where it feels like the esp is lagging 10 meters behind the player. Maybe it's better now

I have tested WZ2 using KernAim and without, I get the exact same FPS in game. It is very well optimized.
