I've been going ham on a fresh account since the release, no issues on my end. For WZ2 I imagine they won't enforce any kill limits early on since it will be a fresh game with many legit players also on new accounts, unlike WZ1 which has been out for nearly three years (a long time for legit players to build accounts).
