I can confirm both mw2 accounts are unbanned on the appeal page. Even my 2 year old Warzone ban was lifted but still show up bnet and steam.

Yes, It says no ban detected but when I log in battlenet it say account banned and after wz launch says permanently banned. Should be waited some time to be synchronized at blizzard as well?

Not 100% sure, it could be a bug with the Ban appeal site itself, just wanted to pass on the info!

Same here my banned account from nearly 2 years ago says no ban detected on ban appeal so il just wait and see what happens

Why would they remove bans on old accounts? The problem was apparently recent

Also my main account it was on a shadow ban. And that has been lifted aswell normally I have to wait 2 weeks this was 3 days

My SB account is still in SB but the appeal page says no ban detected and not under review, probably appeal page is bugging
