There is no links to anything of my old PC got a new number new email and everything, so no idea how this account has been banned or why it’s been banned Iv appealed the ban but still awaiting response, but does this mean that this new computer is now hardware banned?! Surely not!

So, GhostAim which is one of the providers for spoofers that is mostly consistent says on telegram that there are different levels of their HWID bans. Its why they actually spoof more than just your PC. They claim in rare cases that monitor can be hit or even sometimes peripherals. You could be an unlucky 1% case then. Take this with a grain of salt of course, but apparently they have dealt with such cases on their telegram.

Never seen IP bans, most people who even claim IP bans really are being hit with something else and talking out their ass.

This, im in a few "rage" communities and they arent effected by IP. You are correct.
