So I purchased 2 of there products which was the spoofer and the cod hack which I was excited to use I was having issue with the cod one with some AA error and I contacted support on Discord about. I got a fast reply and he tried a couple of things which didnt end up working one of the last thing he tried using team viewer was making a new windows user which caused me to be locked outside of my computer because some error. I eventually got back online after around 30min of figuring it out. So I get back and check the discord for the support ticket and it was deleted before I can even reply or anything and take in mind that the support was on team viewer and saw the same error I did. So i hop back on and made another ticket because I was sus out and was kinda angry on what happened. And I would like to say that there support is a joke. Herse the chats i was able to save before they deleted the ticket agai.

Literally never got that messge since I had the User profile servcie error and couldnt get passed lock screen I had to restart in safe mode an remove the user threw regedit and then I get back an the chat was deleted. And then you saying he solved it for me and like i never replied to the massage

So let me comment on the above post then im out because I have not time for this.. You show only your 2nd ticket.. Your first ticket you was rude, arrogant and a entitled ****. We have a really good support team, if not one of the best and 99% of issues my support team will fix or help you fix. You chose to be arrogant or speak to the like shit they like any person will get arrogant back... You buy a product from us you will have a clear detailed step by step setup, if you cannot get going out support team will have you up and running within 5-30 mins nobody ever waits longer. You make sure you have a lovely day now, this is just petty and post that didn’t need to be made.

All I have to say to you is if that’s how you want to talk about reselling my product I will terminate you from reselling.. We will not have anyone bad mouth GCAIMX that is selling our product. So I suggest you make a ticket to speak to me.

As far as rage providers go they're just as legit as anyone. I know they were looking for more help in the support department recently. It's probably due to the high amount of tickets they have coming in. You need to be a little patient with support staff, you never know if it's their first day or whatever. On top of that you catch more flies with honey than vinigar.

As far as your PC goes. You're using cheats that are supposed to have kernal level access and spoofers that regularly manipulates your registry keys. If I was trying a new provider. First thing I would do is make sure it's on a fresh install of windows. Just bite the bullet and do a FRESH install of windows. Not an upgrade not a reset. Format the drive and reinstall windows. Once that is done all you need to do is disable antivirus, firewall, install prerequisites, etc..

As far as gcaimx support not knowing their ****, I call BS. Especially when it comes to acid and joker.

Joker is support he is not a “dev”.. Your speaking to the owner and the developer of GCAIMX right now and if you have an issue speak to me! Do not post on sites when you sell my product! You make a ticket like I said and have this out in a conversation!! Don’t bad mouth GCAIMX again from one person you do not like! We have a team of 10 right now that out everything in to helping people 24 hours a day!

GCAIMX is Trash and their Support is even worse!

I have never gotten your cheats to WORK..It crashes after injecting and it DOESNT hold the subscription for the 24hours im troubleshooting and I lose my Subscription. I boought PUbg & Fortnite and havnt played ONCE! I asked to get on My pc via teamviewer to help but it takes the full day to respond. I dont wanna refund, I dont wanna extention...I want you to help my get your Loader to open..and then to NOT crash! I wont be wasting anymore **** money. Elite Pvpers said you guys were legit..Ive YET to get your **** working. Im not a rook, your help needs to be hands ******* on like Teamviewer ****!!!!!
