Shadow bans are just more of a "thing" now for every provider, but mostly rage providers.
Phantom Overlay settings aren't built around raging, but you certainly can lower your smoothing and raise FOV enough that you have a "rage" aimbot... & plenty of the PO users do that along with having impossible stats & aiming through walls. This new Ricochet server-side is watching them & comparing their blatant gameplay with legitimate gameplay it's trained with. What do you expect to happen? Here is them getting shadow banned for their carlessness.
This is just for people who only use PO. Not to mention people who are using spoofers, unlockers, buying pre-made accounts, & other things that can cause these shadows (other than using other cheats).
Luckily for them, they can just wait 7 days & stop making these mistakes once it lifts.
