Bruh 1 year. No response and even a full refund at this point can undo the damage done. The customer was not even asking for refund he simply wanted to swap his subscription.

If not, it's not a big deal, just asking so that when they respond here, you can give them more information.

Snow and wolfex for sure, opened couple of discord support tickets, but they just get ignore everytime. And eventually close.
