They are trying to offer a blanket solution spoofer without a deep specific knowledge of the game's anti-cheat.
Anti-cheats all work differently and have versions that work differently too. They write to unallocated memory in different places and ways and at different times, and they grab information in different places and ways and at different times... there is no "one stop shop" for game spoofing, and anyone who offers that is in my book just a scammer, especially if it's for kernel anti-cheats like EAC or BE.
That being said, if they offer one spoofer for EAC, a different for BE, etc... things like that, that's a little more lazy than I'm comfortable with personally but it can do.
