Pretty much any aimbot can be configured to act essentially how controller aim assist acts.

Aim assist does not exist for mouse and keyboard within the game. There really isn't a way to be 100% free of ban and enable that using third party tools. You may as well buy a cheat from someone who has never had a detection and who understands bypassing anti-cheats especially utilizing kernel such as with a kernel driver at the very least or even more if you get lucky.

If you try to find a way to do non-cheat aim assist on M&K my assumption is you get banned. Also any other solution will technically be a cheat anyways.

Cronus zen, but those things are **** and overpriced and very limited, but it's technically possible. Wouldn't bother though.

It's also possible to emulate a Controller by using Software like reWASD. So you play with Mouse and Keyboard but the game thinks you're using a Controller. Quite similar to Cronus or XIM.

You can use 3rd party applications/scripts but it's most likely risky and could lead to a ban even with cod's dogshit anti-cheat. You can also use those cronus devices as mentioned by users above, but they're too overpriced and hard to obtain and it's not worth it, you're better off just using a cheat software, preferably a reputable provider with a good aimbot configuration that you can configure to make it look legit or aim assist like.

They don't, but you WOULD use it because a cronus is ACTUALLY undetectable unlike any cheat.

It’s just hard to find…but absolutely some players use it , especially some pro players / streamers. They have a private dev to make it.
Also you’ll find for multiplayer only (Shell softwares)

You can try Phantom overlay, their aimbot when configured right, is basically hard aim assist for mouse XD which is good for legit
