Help please with shadowban

Guys from about 14 days I got banned and after 8 days the shadowban removed, then I inject and played 2 games with average score and got banned the day after and tried another account the same happened. Can anyone help how to fix it because I don't wanna repeat the same story after this shadowban removed ?
