I'd be cautious with these tools, like I said above, a recent Unlock all source has been leaked/released, and now a lot of providers use it in their cheats. I highly advise you to not use them if you care about or value your account(s). They charge insane prices for something that is out there and not worth it imo. And since it's now released, there will soon be a banwave coming most likely, Activision will be on the hunt.
