Cynical and HWID

I keep reading that cynical permanently changes your HWID - and have a couple questions because I can talk in the Discord for some reason =(

1. I'm reading the HWID change is perm. Does that mean a fresh wipe of my PC in the future will keep the HWIDs that Cynical provides? Like I'll never have my original HWID again?

2. If I get banned/shadowed while using an account with Cynical cleaner for whatever reason, will they be able to give me another HWID again after?

1. No, it just creates a new windows account for you to use with new HWID.
I doubt you'll have your original HWID again.

2. Yes, if you still have a sub
