Warzone after perm-ban shadow-ban ???

i recently underwent a perm-ban on warzone, i don't use spoofer, i created two new accounts from the same pc as p'erm-ban, but both seem to be shadowban they find no match and scores over 350ms

If I wait 15 days, will the shadownban be removed? Or do I necessarily need a spoofer?
