Are you guys seriously doing a chargeback because you got banned (knowingly using something that could result in such thing).
I do hate Activision with passion, but after all You cheated and got caught fair and square…

This is Activision Blizzard, they can afford to lose some money lol, they make millions a day off of ingame transactions.

Mention how they agree’d to supply you with digital goods and because the account has now been banned you are no longer able to access them.
There is no way they can absolutely indefinitely prove it was physically you that used the chair, could of been your kid/sibling etc etc just on your account.
Worked for me had MW/CW and hundreds ££££ worth of store purchases back 👍🏼

Not only that but they mistreat workers, give preferential treatment to streamers to make the game easier for them, have horrible customer service... I don't have sympathy for companies that mistreat employees and customers, lol.

Im soo uncertain to what the hell is going on for me and shadowbanns, So to be clear i have to reinstall windows and change my mac every time to get around playing on a new account without my shadowbann, maybe like 1 and a half weeks ago now i was shadowbanned on my main because i updated my internet adapter drivers and i forgot to change my mac etc so that account got the 350ms ping thing, waited like a week without even thinking and i got my friend to log into my account to check to see if it was still shadowbanned..and the ping for him only went up to like 90ms, he has **** internet also which might be why queue times are long.
the thing is my computer has had a new cpu, new mobo, new ram, new nvme, i don't want to get my new parts blacklisted but what is the best way other than buying a spoofer to check to see if im good as i still wanna use that account?

It would be irresponsible for you to use that account on a PC with new parts, tbh.
Time to move on to a different account.

Use GhostAim spoofer, it'll fix that.
