Anyone make a 2nd PC cheat?

Does anyone make a cheat that loads on a second PC and listens to the traffic as opposed to loading directly on the gaming PC? Been using these types for years and strongly prefer the extra layer of security against bans. I can do VPN or port-mirroring, prefer the latter.

From what I know, there are no Network Packet Radar hacks for MW. I am assuming its probably because they encrypt the packets in a different way.
