EO is a good internal cheat. Interwebz recently got closed. I dont know about any other good internal cheat.

If im not mistaken, Kernaim unfortunately had back to back detections over the course of 2023, more so toward the end and they were removed because the product was temporarily not supported to my knowledge. Wasn't in their store/status page etc

We are new to the COD scene so I don't recall, but have seen the name mentioned a few times here on EPVP, regardless his question was about Kernaim so I'm unsure of the relevance of your question.

Well, I talked to @ yesterday and we had a good chat about PO's future plans, such as new features (that were exclusive to INTERWEBZ), safety protections taken by his current cheat (EXTERNAL) and about the future product line (DMA) and more private matters, and I've come to the conclusion that if the features we're planning to add to the PO cheat end up becoming reality, then 100% the best cheat to choose if you were a customer of mine (INTERWEBZ), will be Phantom Overlay, both for the current line which is external and the future one which will be DMA.

One of the new features that is planned to be added is:
- Native controller support
- Radar UAV (overlay/the same as INTERWEBZ had)
- Aimbot Deadzone (FOV/Fullbody)

So give it time
