I'm safe with my personal cheat since last 3-4 months. It might be issue with your cheat provider.

There are still cheats that have never been detected on MW2

Phantom Overlay & I've heard Artificial Aiming & Proof Core haven't which I believe

PO hasn't had a detection on prior CODs also. Or any game

Also Ricochet has improved but I would not yet compare to EAC/BE. Especially to EAC

I recommend you fully format your pc and download the game again on clean system, then use AA spoofer and create an hwid token to use it on new account, and yes it works.

But remember new account are prone to sb as it has low trust score, best advice is to play legit until rank 100 then use cheats again from there with proper legit settings.

SB after one game does not mean HWID ban. That is normal after you've just been perma banned

Just wait the SB out. You don't need a spoofer. If it lifts you are not HWID banned. Remember that spoofers themselves can get detected so it adds risk. Avoid when able

If you are HWID banned, the SB you get on a new acc will turn perma even if you were playing a legit. That's when a spoofer is mandatory to use & you don't have a choice about the extra risk

It will never not be a meme that people who aren't even cheating get restricted from playing a game they paid for

Shadow banning suspected cheaters is a desperate uni student's solution to cheating. It shouldn't be done on a game owned by a company worth 69 billion dollars
