Resolution error

Hello,

I just changed in the settings my resolution (don't know which one anymore), but after I applied, my screen appears blue, with "no signal" on the screen. What the f*** are we getting now, i thought. The only thing what I can do is turn the computer off (with the button on the desktop). Than the screen change back to normal desktop. My question is, can I change the settings outside the game (maybe a file?), or can I reinstall the game; but the question is than if the settings than are changed too default?
I tried in steam the option start-up options, -windowed. But it don't worked.
At 800x600, full screen it was working

Do you have already installed the new drivers for your graphic card ?

Which graphic card you got there ?!
