sind EXP Server bannbar, also wenn ich auf einem Spiele übe die Serverliste z.B 1 kill lv 80

Nein, da du z.B auch ungewollt auf solch einen Server gelangen könntest.
Das einzige was passieren "könnte", dass dein Prestige und Level zurückgesetzt wird.

Du kannst aber zu 100 % NICHT gebannt werden.
