We are still offering native controller support, it was only temporary removed to prevent bans. We are putting it back in cheat on this weekend or before.

How can it be misleading if we put in cheat description that we have temporary removed it, customer is aware that its not temporary available.

When its back on people will be able to use it again like before without remapping.

I haven't said you're misleading on purpose, only that it can be misleading when your signature, the title of the thread, the few first sentence of the thread and the shop all states there is fully native controller support when it is not at the moment. It doesnt help that the information that it is mit supported right now is at the bottom on the misc feeature as a sidenote.

When you click on Signature and go and read elitepvpers post you can easily see if you are reading about features what is working and what not since we are transparent about it. And even if it happened that you didn't read and bought you can have your key paused or be compensated once its added again.

Our Native Controller Support should be added back tonight.

In some cases we can also refund customers if they are respectful towards admins, even if customer has no right to refund according to TOS we will refund in some cases. But most customers end up being rude to support and get banned from discord, then cry here on elitepvpers about staff being unprofessional.

I haven't stated i need a refund because i haven't bought a sub yet. Also i never was disrespectful (haven't been on discord also), only stated that for me it was misleading when it says on multiple sources (signature, first sentences of the post, website) it has native controller support except for one side note at the end in the misc feature description - which is true.

Im gladly try the platform once the controller issue is fixed.

Not officially but works, just need to uninstall security updates that come with it. For that reason we just say we support up to 22h2.
