I had issues for about 4.5 days they did everything they could to help solve the issue. Even upon following all the instructions and multiple reinstalls of Windows we finally were able to solve the issue. So be sure to read through everything carefully and have paitence.
**Only Problem is that the Dev didn't give any compensation time sadly for the days in which I had issues. These things happen but it doesn't tarnish how amazing the product is!**
I had a little trouble with my mw2 chair this week. But Omegas support team was very quick with responding to me with some solutions unfortunately they didn’t work. But they were extremely helpful and it turned out I just need to delete the old loaders from my PC and redownlaod this newest one. These guys are great and extremely supportive.

Definitely a product worth investing into. I have a baby and I am only able to really game about 1-2 hours a night after work. This truly helps since I can deal with the try hards and sweats.
Definitely worth using, as the UI is simple and easy, and too invasive on your screen with the OSD of the chair.
+rep MW2, really easy to use, clear menu, if you set this well its almost undetected. Truly recommended. Would like to see additonal radarcheese, overall 9.5/10.
