Option is basically the same but it lets you go in-game (playable accounts) and the first gift you send is instant (you dont need to wait for the first 7 days, but after that one gift per week as with the other). Instead of the web-store, you can gift the bundles from the in-game armory and store too.

Short explanation of the service:
You will get a new activision account with 26k or more CP loaded on it. With that account you need to add your main as a friend through the CoD Companion App. Then you can start gifting yourself bundles/ Battlepass until your points run out!
