This isnt a soft unlocker. This is a leveling tool for maxing your codmw guns out.

So yes any medals you get are saved.

Everything has a ban risk, but don't host on your main account. Sign in your main on an xbox or another pc, and then I usually VPN and spoof on the pc that I'm hosting
