Yes, excatly!

Bot Lobbies are no instant Unlock.
It's like comparing it to a multiplayer match. Only that you are in a map with fix spawned bots and you killing them without having to reload or move.

Comparable to the multiplayer match, its like killing 20 players in a sec.
Now you can imagine, how long it will take until you reach your desired content

I believe bot lobbies are down right now for them.

In a ticket they said they are working on a fix for it today.
