Yes, undetcted since release (around 2 months ago). We are confident to keep it undetected for a long time since we (currently) have a very small userbase and a lot of security measures.

No, he answered this already.

We support all external spoofers. Here on the trading section there are some spoofers for 10€/m or so. If you reinstall your system and do some changes it should be also enough.
