I duuno where the problem lays on but, Every week there's a day where I can't access the website nor the tool for a long time. And yesterday was the day and the problem is on till this moment. 26 hours with no access. If I can't login to the website and it says "Timed out". Where should I approach them? It's not a problem with my connection since I tried to access the website via a VPN and also used Tor. Still no connection.

Oh, that's weird.
The normal way to contact them would be to open a support ticket on their website, but you if you can't access their website I don't know.
Are you in their discord server? Have you tried opening the website on your phone? Maybe with your mobile data instead of wifi?
If this doesn't work I would wait for OP to respond in here.

Well, well. Now I discovered that everytime I try to open the software and it gives me an error message my whole network goes down, the router restarts!! Something is odd here. I don't know if it's from the ISP provider or what.

Do you know their Discord server? or Anyone I can reach in Discord.

My suggestion would be use your phone with mobile data, go to their website, login and start a support ticket. This is the best way to get help.

So..... All cheat is bannable from one monent. If you use cheat, in one month your account will be banned. Activision banned over 50.000 accounts because cheats only from PC players.

And bann will come because manual reports, from Xbox or PS players!!!!
