They never detect cheat so far. Only way to get banned is play obviously and get reports from players. They will check all demos and check your stats. It can be manually process or by their anticheat.

Just you purchased 1st cheat and its still not available yet, thats why i didnt send it to you. You can pay 7 USD more and i will able to send 2nd cheat then.
