MW3 Rapid Fire Hack from tazzyopz for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3

Ok so I was playing a game of MW3 and was using the MK-14, long story short I was getting ****** at how slow it shot and the fact that I had to keep pressing the mouse over and over to shoot it -.- . So I decided to make small little hacking program to change the fire rate of weapons ;D
This is best used with All Pistols, Shotguns(striker is best), And some of the burst fire Machine guns like the M16, Type 95, and of course the MK-14
The Speeds are all customizable for different weapons I put some default speeds in there. And some recommended speeds in the (Help/info) Button.
