What injector did you use?

I'm personaly using the MW3 dll Injector ofcourse there are others like Winject, PerX etc.

and is windowed mode necessary?

I don't know if window mode is necessary, but im using it and it works.

i use win 7 64 bit
can someone tell me how to inject it in the correct order?

at some injectors it says missing msvcr100.dll and msvcp100.dll
this causes the problem?
