It's singapore based and most players are PH. Community seems quite nice. Most of them speak english and there are some EU players like me aswell so i'm having alot of fun.
I was having some delay due to the distance like 200+ ping. But i'm using a ping reducer program (noping), and i can fadestep on combo with it so i have no other problems.
