Is there any server without those fcking starter 1231231 amp eq items, where owners don't give ppl at start from mail system some "benefits" like 30 days hbr etc? without full eq in shops and in easy drop?

kinda sad, that nowdays all server are about: create char, set stats, and you are ready to go all dungs solo...
