There can be via hamachi but no1 want to risk to lose his PC and ppl wouldnt play due laggs so each server has expenses and in order to pay them ppl has to sell items and since cabal itself dont offer much ppl dont buy so often customables and so on so u have to sell something else in order to survive. Sadly that is how it goes.

If there was such server, most likely it would have been on hamachi as golddragooon mentioned and to add: closed circle of people and server not on 24/7.
But hey, maybe I'm wrong and such server do exist.
the owner open the server just for his friend at home but others people can join to.
this really small community. No advertisement just for friend to have fun.
day by day new player keep join and 1mbps internet speed cannot take it anymore, so the owner find partner to hosting the server.
with 10mbps and only using laptop hosting the serverr and player around 80++.
well open 24/7 using laptop will harm the device, so the owner open the donation to buy PC high spec and they did it. until now the server still alive only hosting at house.
no need to use private network like logmein or hamachi, just can login normal as long you have the client and the internet speed was increase.
the owner was cabalholic long time ago, hard playing and now he retire as normal player. so he decide be the hoster.
Would you be able to show the server to the epvpers or just tell a hard-working and growing community "who matches global" and only meant for chosen ones?
