We have to understand that low players means very low ingame economy or worst of it is Zero. You could consider a server Dead. So better make some fun events that attract more players. Midrate is fine (No Complains about it), but at least make some ingame events. IMHO.

this server is a pure copy of cabal edition NPC/items/ placements of items/ prices of items/ BI custom npc, pvp warper, event warper even the BI bmg is exactly the same. cabal edition having ddos all the time and this server *** OF WAR came out of nowhere with exact same settings. both of them got same 2000 free stats exactly same rates of everything. STOP FOOLING YOUR PLAYERS
