help [private server] 5% s.amp 10% rate inc

sup, i play a p.server that the rol+2 only gives 15% rate and 5% s.amp, its wrong or it is real? if its wrong this rates, there is any patch to fix it|?

That's the true about private servers

Rol+2 = 10% rate
Crit Ring+2 = 10%crit dmg
Crit rate = 5%
Crit dmg = 5%
Amp = 5%

After extend u'll get 7% on each slot,AMP TOO
...but most of private servers have bad files or *trick* files with the text like on EU,when u use them will be like i said before

oh so this rates is true, cuz i played a p.server that it was like on EU, so only extending the item? ok thx a lot ;D

Those are the TRUE rates of the items on a private server,the private server files,the public ones,are using a early EP2 update which only added new skills for comp and buffs,the actual update with the improved stats on items came later on ,so ALL the psrvers,not only the one you are playing on,are using those stats,even if they look 15% and 7% they are not true,their still actually 10% and 5% and the server will read them so.Ignore the noob GM's from Kstyle cabal or any other newb who say they are good ...
