Make User In Own Cabal

Anyone here know how to make a user

i mean make an account in our own cabal server

in mssql or with Cabal GMTools 2.10 USERMANAGER Experience..
can teach me how to do it?

this should work.

You miss a MD5 file,follow the guide again.
Use this to test the dll or the path to the dll ...
select account.dbo.fn_md5('test')

already can make new char

i have done all thing from the tutorial..

when i run the client .. n try to login my 1st character
but fail to connect the server..
any guide? i already set the ip for the launcher..
