Fixed some quest releated bug

Added Black Transmuter to N shop / 40kk alz

Drop Berderk Faello (Lakeside):

-Removed UCH,UCHH,SEL,SEM, noncraft SIG drops
-Added all types Cube (Redosmi, SIg, Mithril)
-Increased Bike, SEoX+7, SEH drop rate
-Added SGH,SGHH to drop
-Balanced lvl99 max craft drop
-Added AoP+6, Vampiric Amulet +6 to droplist
-Added BoS+6, BoF+6, VE+6 to droplist

ive played that server today its not that bad like everyone said on another topic^^

but its nothing for me.
drops are too easy like the rol/cr+1 and other fatal/outrageos items.

but its your server, keep up the good work and stay alive^^.

I can`t play the game...I hit start after the updates are done...then it shows me a short image of the protection i think and after that nothing
